Every hotel is scored against the written SpaRator method from desk research; no hotel hosts or pays for an analysis, and scores are never for sale. We are published by Blue Astoria Media Group in London and edited by James Sinclair, who created the method and approves every page.

Before You Write
Can I book or change a booking through you?
No. Bookings are made with the hotel or a booking site, not with us, so contact them for changes, cancellations or refunds.
Can a hotel pay to be covered or to change a score?
No. Hotels do not pay for coverage, placement or scores, and never have. See our Editorial Code.
What if I disagree with a score?
Feedback is welcome, and a score changes only when the facts under it change or the scoring method gains a new version. Send the facts through the corrections topic above, and see How SpaRator works.
