By using spahotelfinder.com, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms should be read with our Privacy Policy.

What the Site Is

Spa Hotel Finder is an independent spa-hotel analysis and rating site, not a first-hand review site. Each hotel page is a SpaRator analysis: desk research that pulls together the hotel’s own website and booking terms, its spa menu, booking platforms, public guest reviews and press coverage. Every figure on a page is recorded in a fact ledger with its source and capture date before it is published.

No hotel hosts or pays for an analysis. No one from Spa Hotel Finder stays at a hotel unless that hotel’s page carries a dated “Visited by James” badge. The site has no user accounts and does not collect or publish reader-submitted reviews. Third-party ratings from platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google and Booking.com are shown separately from our own scores and are never relabelled as ours.

Spa Hotel Finder provides information, not professional, medical or financial advice. Nothing on the site tells you that a treatment is safe for you or that a booking suits your circumstances.

Prices, fees and other facts on the site are dated captures. They can change, and a hotel or booking site may have newer terms or a live price. Confirm anything that matters, including the price and any resort or service charges, with the hotel or booking site before you book.

Bookings Are With Third Parties

Spa Hotel Finder does not sell rooms or treatments, process payments or act as a travel agent. When you click a booking link, a booking button or a live rates panel and book, the booking is a contract between you and the booking site or hotel. We are not a party to that contract.

We may earn a commission when a reader books through an affiliate link, which routes through Stay22 to booking sites such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Kayak and Agoda. Not every link or hotel is commissionable. The reader pays the same price. How this works is set out in our affiliate disclosure.

Any booking is subject to the booking site’s terms and the hotel’s policies, including cancellation, refund and payment rules. We do not guarantee availability or price. We do not provide customer service for bookings. If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact the booking site or hotel.

Our Content

The content on this site, including text, scores and the SpaRator method, is protected by copyright. It is owned by Blue Astoria Media Group Ltd.

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may quote a short passage with attribution and a link to the page it came from. You may not scrape, bulk-copy, republish or reuse the content for a commercial purpose without our permission.

You may not use the Spa Hotel Finder name or logo, or the SpaRator name, in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement without our written permission. SpaRator is our scoring method and our name. How SpaRator works explains the method.

Third-Party Content and Links

Hotel photographs on the site come from the hotel’s own website, the hotel’s own social media or booking-platform listings. They belong to their owners. We record the source of each photograph. Ratings and review data from platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google and Booking.com belong to their owners and are not our scores.

The site links to booking sites, hotel websites and other resources. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them or for anything you do on them. Interactive maps and external booking pages are examples of third-party services; they collect data under their own policies.

Accuracy and Corrections

We aim to get every figure, name and date right. When a fact changes in the real world, or when we publish an error, the page carries a dated update note. Errors are prefixed with the word “Correction” and state the wrong value and the right value. Facts that a property confirms directly are credited on the page.

Every analysis is re-verified at least every 12 months. The “Last updated” date on a page moves only when facts are re-verified or changed. We acknowledge every correction report within five business days.

How corrections work is set out on our corrections page. To report an error, email info@spahotelfinder.com with “Correction” in the subject line. Properties should use the same address.

Liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site or its content, including warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, Blue Astoria Media Group Ltd and its directors, employees and affiliates are not liable for losses that arise from relying on the site, from a booking made through a third party, or from a stay or treatment arranged through a third party. This includes indirect, incidental or consequential losses. You are responsible for your own travel decisions and for checking the current situation before booking.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers. In those places, this section applies to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms are posted on this page and apply from the date they are published. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
