We are not responsible for any aspect of your booking, stay, or transaction with OTA Partners or hotels.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to:

• Rankings and recommendations
• The “SpaRator” scoring system and methodology
• Website design and layout

User-Generated Content

We welcome user submissions to enhance our content and provide authentic perspectives from spa hotel guests.

What You Can Submit:

• Written reviews of spa hotels featured on the Site
• Star ratings and scores
• Photographs of spa hotels, facilities, and experiences
• Videos of spa hotels, facilities, and experiences

By submitting content to Spa Hotel Finder, you:

1. Grant us a comprehensive license: You grant Blue Astoria Media Group Ltd a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, and perform your content in any media format and through any channels, now known or developed in the future.
2. Retain ownership: You retain copyright ownership of your original content, but you grant us the rights described above.
3. Consent to editing: You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to:
   • Edit, modify, shorten, or amend written reviews for clarity, grammar, length, tone, or quality
   • Crop, resize, enhance, or otherwise modify photos and videos
   • Combine your content with other content
   • Remove content that violates our guidelines
   • Use your content across all our platforms and marketing materials
4. Represent and warrant that:
   • You own the content or have the right to submit it
   • The content does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
   • The content does not contain illegal, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
   • You have obtained all necessary permissions, releases, and consents from any individuals depicted in photos or videos
   • The content is truthful and based on your genuine experience
   • You have not been compensated by the hotel or any third party for your review
5. Agree not to post content that:
   • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
   • Infringes on intellectual property rights
   • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
   • Is obscene, sexually explicit, or violent
   • Violates any person’s privacy or publicity rights
   • Contains personal information about others
   • Promotes illegal activities
   • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
   • Is spam or promotional content
   • Was submitted by bots or automated systems

Our Rights:

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject any submission at our sole discretion
• Moderate, edit, or remove any user content at any time without notice
• Use submitted content in any manner described in our license
• Display your username or chosen display name with your content
• Remove content that violates our policies or applicable law
• Refuse service to users who repeatedly violate our guidelines
