Thank you for sharing your spa hotel experience with the Spa Hotel Finder community. User reviews help fellow travelers make informed decisions and provide valuable feedback to spa hotels.
Who Can Submit Reviews
You can submit a review if you:
- Have personally stayed at a spa hotel featured on our Site
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Are willing to share honest, constructive feedback
- Agree to our Terms of Use and these Guidelines
What You Can Submit
Written Reviews
Share your experience including:
- Overall impression of the spa hotel
- Spa facilities and treatments
- Accommodation quality
- Service and staff
- Dining experiences
- Atmosphere and ambiance
- Value for money
- Specific highlights or disappointments
Star Ratings
Rate different aspects such as:
- Overall experience
- Spa facilities
- Treatments
- Accommodations
- Service
- Value
Photos
Submit photos of:
- Spa facilities and treatment rooms
- Pool and relaxation areas
- Guest rooms and suites
- Dining venues
- Property grounds and views
- Amenities and details
Photo Requirements:
- Original photos taken by you during your stay
- Clear, well-lit, and in focus
- Appropriate content (no nudity or inappropriate imagery)
- No identifiable people without their consent
- Minimum resolution: 1200px on the longest side recommended
- Accepted formats: JPG, PNG
- Maximum file size: 10MB per photo
Videos
Submit videos of:
- Virtual tours of facilities
- Treatment room walkthroughs
- Pool and spa areas
- Property overviews
- Unique features or amenities
Video Requirements:
- Original videos filmed by you during your stay
- Clear audio and video quality
- Appropriate content
- No identifiable people without their consent
- Maximum length: 2 minutes
- Accepted formats: MP4, MOV
- Maximum file size: 100MB per video
Review Standards
Be Honest and Authentic
- Share your genuine experience
- Be truthful about what you encountered
- Base your review on your actual stay
- Don’t exaggerate positives or negatives
Be Specific and Helpful
✓ Good examples:
- “The Swedish massage therapist was highly skilled and customized the pressure perfectly”
- “The thermal circuit includes a sauna, steam room, and ice fountain”
- “Room service arrived within 25 minutes and food was still hot”
✗ Less helpful:
- “Everything was amazing”
- “Worst place ever”
- “It was fine”
Be Balanced
- Mention both strengths and weaknesses
- Acknowledge that experiences can vary
- Consider different traveler preferences
- Be constructive in criticism
Be Respectful
- Avoid offensive language or personal attacks
- Don’t name specific staff members unless praising exceptional service
- Respect the privacy of other guests
- Focus on the experience, not the people
Be Appropriate
- Keep content family-friendly
- Don’t include personal contact information
- Don’t make unverifiable claims
- Avoid discussing sensitive personal situations in detail
What We Edit
To maintain quality and consistency, we may edit your review to:
Grammar and Spelling
- Fix obvious typos and spelling errors
- Correct grammar while preserving your voice

Formatting
- Adjust paragraph breaks
- Remove excessive capitalization or punctuation

- Duplicate or spam submissions
Inappropriate Content:
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Profanity or offensive language
- Sexual content or nudity
- Violence or graphic content
- Personal attacks
Privacy Violations:
- Full names of other guests
- Full names of staff members (except in positive context)
- Contact information
- Photos of identifiable people without consent
Legal Issues:
- Defamatory statements

- Threats or illegal activity
- False or misleading information
Off-Topic Content:
- Unrelated rants or complaints
- Political statements
- Promotional content for competing businesses
