Arizona Biltmore sits at 2400 E Missouri Ave in Phoenix, a 39-acre estate holding 705 accommodations. Its own pages give no airport distance, drive time or shuttle, so confirm travel time with the reservations desk when booking.

Spa access comes with any 50-minute treatment (a 50-minute Sonoran Signature massage at $215 on the SpaTime booking menu), and no access without a treatment or facilities-only day pass is published. Sol Garden's page ties access to a 50-minute treatment, while the about page says full access to all amenities runs all day with no condition, and one guest reported a $95 quote for the steam room and cold plunge without a treatment in January 2025, a single report and not a policy. As of October 2026, the spa's pages give conflicting opening hours, so call the spa line to confirm before planning a day around it.

Tierra Luna Spa's priced menu sits on the SpaTime booking portal: a 50-minute Sonoran Signature massage runs $215, a Prenatal 50-minute $205, the 80-minute Restore and Recover $360, and 100-minute massages $430 to $570. All services and pricing are subject to change without notice, booking runs through the SpaTime portal or the spa line, and the hotel's pages add a 20% automatic service charge plus tax, which the menu does not show.

Sol Garden holds the spa's thermal core: an outdoor hot tub, one cold plunge, the Monsoon Rain outdoor shower and a fire pit, co-ed with a swimsuit required. Inside are the aroma-infused steam room and the standalone Salt Room. No sauna is named on any hotel page, whether Sol Garden access alone covers the full hot-and-cold sequence is not stated, and the men's steam room is described only by guests.

As of October 2026, the booking engine bills a $59.00 nightly Mandatory Charge before tax, while the hotel page still reads $45 and lists internet, fitness center and classes, same-day golf replay, one hour of bicycle use, Twist waterslide access, two bottled waters, lawn games and PressReader. Tax runs 13.07% on the room plus the charge, and the charge carries a Historical Preservation Fund line whose share the hotel does not publish.

Overnight self-parking is $28 and valet is $35, both with in-and-out privileges. Hourly self-parking runs $10 for 0 to 4 hours, $14 for 4 to 8, $18 for 8 to 12 and $28 for 12 to 16. Neither is in the resort charge, non-resort spa guests park by valet free, and EV charging is not confirmed.

Pets are allowed for a $150 one-time, non-refundable fee per pet, with a two-pet maximum per room and no fee for service animals. They stay out of pools, hot spas, pool decks, chaises and restaurants, and need a leash or carrier outside the room.

Seven venues run from Renata's Hearth and McArthur's Restaurant & Bar to the Spire Bar, the Wright Bar, poolside dining at the Saguaro and Paradise pools, and Cup and Cone. Guests must be 21 and over for the Citrus Club lounge in the Ocatilla wing, which is by reservation only.

Seven pools and four hot tubs are chilled in summer and heated in winter at 82 to 84 degrees. Paradise holds the 65-foot Twist triple slide, a splash pad and a swim-up bar, open around the clock. Catalina is the 1929 courtyard pool, Saguaro is 21 and over and open around the clock, and the Ocatilla pool is called private with its access rule unpublished. Terrace Court, Bougainvillea and Saguaro Villa complete the set.

As of October 2026, guests from February to September 2026 describe work under way, with rooms, a pool and some Paradise-wing floors closed. Arizona Biltmore posts no dates or scope, and the booking engine showed no closure notice. Ask the resort directly whether your dates sit near the affected areas.

Gym access and fitness classes sit inside the resort charge, and the resort's fact sheet says classes run daily with outdoor yoga and Pilates among them, though no timetable is published. As of October 2026, the events calendar listed tennis and pickleball clinics, history tours and music but no yoga, Pilates or aqua class, so ask for the current timetable. Guests describe yoga, Pilates, meditation and water aerobics as included, name pro Brendan Easterling and describe tennis and pickleball lessons as paid.

Arizona Biltmore holds 705 accommodations: 251 guest rooms, 100 suites, 77 Citrus Club rooms, 56 villas, 53 poolside rooms and 41 cottages, with 204 balcony or patio rooms, 125 firepit rooms and 20 accessible rooms, the totals overlapping per the fact sheet. Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m.
