The Biltmore sits in midtown Phoenix at the base of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, 9 miles and about 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor. Biltmore Fashion Park is walkable, which almost no other Phoenix resort can say. No shuttle appears in the current resort-charge inclusions, so plan on a rideshare or rental car for anything beyond walking range.

No facilities-only pass is published. Any 50-minute treatment includes the dressing rooms, relaxation lounge, and the outdoor Sol Garden with its hot tub, cold plunge, and Monsoon Rain shower. Day visitors are welcome and get complimentary valet parking for spa appointments. The Sol Garden is co-ed, so pack a bathing suit.

Current prices surface at booking through the spa's SpaTime system rather than on a published menu; the last press-published rates, from 2022, put a 50-minute massage at $215 and 80 minutes at $310. A 20% service charge is added to every service automatically, plus tax. Arizona residents get Monday-to-Thursday specials in summer, recently $165 for a signature massage or facial.

Guests must be 18 or older for full spa access. Sixteen and 17-year-olds may book massages and facials with a parent or guardian present in the treatment room, without facility access. Salon services take all ages, with supervision required for children 14 and under.

The resort's published daily resort charge is $45 plus tax, covering internet, fitness center and classes, same-day golf replay, one hour of bicycle use, the Twist waterslide, two bottled waters, lawn games, and PressReader. The daily mandatory charge also carries a Historical Preservation Fund line, and guests report a preservation surcharge of about 2.9% applied to on-property purchases. Check your folio.

Overnight self-parking is $28 and valet is $35, with in-and-out privileges. Hourly self-parking runs $10 to $28. Spa day guests park free with the valet. Neither rate is covered by the resort charge, so a five-night stay adds $140 to $175 in parking alone.

A two-year, Blackstone-funded restoration reported at up to $150 million reopened the resort in May 2021: rebuilt interiors, the Spire Bar, Renata's Hearth, the adults-only Saguaro Pool, and the debut of Tierra Luna Spa. February 2023 brought the salt chamber and a rebuilt Sol Garden. Blackstone then sold the property to Henderson Park for $705 million in May 2024.

No. The resort moved from Waldorf Astoria to Hilton's LXR Hotels & Resorts flag in June 2024, alongside the Henderson Park purchase, with Pyramid Global Hospitality managing. It still books through Hilton channels and earns Hilton Honors points; day-to-day, guests notice the branding more than any service change.

Seven pools, heated year-round. The Catalina is the 1929-era classic tied to Marilyn Monroe lore; Paradise is the family pool with the 65-foot Twist triple waterslide and a swim-up bar; the Saguaro is adults-only; and the Ocatilla pool is reserved for Citrus Club guests.

Both, deliberately zoned. Families get the Paradise Pool, waterslide, splash pad, seasonal kids programming, and villas with full kitchens. Adults get the Saguaro Pool, the spa (18-plus), and the Citrus Club lounge, which is 21-plus. On 39 acres the two crowds rarely collide.

May through September rates drop 40% to 50% with full spa access, and Arizona residents can take up to 40% off flexible rates year-round with ID.

Villas with full kitchens suit families and long stays; cottages give the most privacy and their own outdoor space; the 77 Citrus Club rooms in the Ocatilla wing add lounge access (21-plus) and a private pool; main-building rooms put you closest to the Wright-influenced architecture.
