The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Orlando, Grande Lakes, the JW's campus neighbor, sells a bookable treatment menu to JW guests. Its 40 treatment rooms sit behind a menu of massage, facials, body, nails and recovery tech, with an Aescape robotic table and an Ammortal chamber. Of 26 guest reviews naming the spa, one writes it "smells heavenly." A 22% service charge is added to each service.
Spa Facilities
The shared Ritz-Carlton Spa, Orlando, Grande Lakes, has a complete thermal set, with access terms that differ by page. An adults-only spa pool, sauna, steam room, outdoor whirlpool, relaxation lounge and Plunge Pool make the set. It covers 40,000 square feet. Campus pages state free Athletic Club access for a registered guest. The JW page says locker, steam room and sauna are available for a fee, no amount stated. A stay at the JW means a waterpark resort with broad praise and a few soft spots. TripAdvisor reads 4.3 on 4,132 reviews. Across the stay record, TripAdvisor ratings have risen year on year while Google has held level. Some guests report rooms that could be fresher and waterpark crowding when day guests arrive. Front-desk waits join those as a repeated complaint. Other complaints are scattered one-offs.
Value for Money
The peak Saturday all-in of $598 undercuts every Naples, Miami and Florida Keys peer. Fee and tax add 25.5% to the bill.
