You can plan and book the long, fully priced menu online before you arrive, including serious facial work from Biologique Recherche and Valmont. Less usual extras include an Ammortal chamber and a robotic Aescape massage table. No 60-minute therapist massage exists. A 50-minute massage costs $245 and an 80-minute massage costs $370. At other hotels I have rated, a typical 60-minute massage costs $225; this 50-minute one at $245 costs more. A 22% service charge goes on every service, and guest reviews name therapists across a year, though thinly.
Spa Facilities
A destination-scale thermal set stands here: a sauna, steam room, an outdoor whirlpool and an adults-only heated pool. No temperature is published for the Plunge Pool. The 40 treatment rooms run about four times the typical 9 at the other hotels I have rated. Guests describe a eucalyptus steam room and the heated adults-only pool. A few call the whirlpool lukewarm and the facilities dated.
Wellness Programs
The gym here is free and open around the clock; the classes are not. A 24-hour fitness center is free to registered guests, personal training books at $128 an hour, and the only published class price is Ballet Barre at $35, with the rest unpriced. Instead, the active offer runs on the heated pool with whirlpool and children's pool, the spa lap pool and the sister waterpark with its lazy river and slide.
