Book Casa Palmero for the house: 24 rooms and suites with soaking tubs, gas fireplaces and, in the ground-floor Spa rooms, private patio whirlpools, plus breakfast baskets, evening cocktails and a warm service record. The spa beside it is a real draw for guests who plan to book a service. Skip it if the spa is the whole trip and you will not book one, if you want a restaurant on site, which Casa Palmero does not have, or if the bill needs to land near the national middle.
