The menu at âme Spa & Wellness Collective is standard: 17 priced services across massage, facial and body work, bookable online. Massage and facials run at 50 and 80 minutes, and on price it sits among the lowest massage prices of the Miami hotels we have rated. The spa's own Google listing reads 4.8 across 656 reviews as of October 2026, with Norma and Carmen named in guests' reviews across more than a year.
Spa Facilities
The wellness circuit at âme delivers: steam room, whirlpool, sauna and plunge pool across three floors. Its 25,000 square feet, the hotel's figure, is second largest of eight Miami hotels stating a size, against a 15,000-square-foot median. Guests describe the cold plunge in 16 reviews, a salt cave in 18, and the steam room and sauna, no outage reported. Access rides on a treatment. Two guests report being refused entry as "members only," and the hotel publishes no policy for guests without one.
Wellness Programs
Classes and the water park come inside the resort fee, and that is where this property wins. Twenty-three classes a week are open to guests, members-only Pilates left out. That is third of the seven Miami hotels with a class count, against a median of five. Tidal Cove sees periodic maintenance closures, with pump and pipe work reported in March 2025 and slide and FlowRider maintenance in May 2026. Golf holds at 36 holes, and the racquet club runs three pickleball and two padel courts.
Staff & Service
Staff at JW Marriott Turnberry draw more praise than complaint, but the desk and check-in are where the stay snags. Booking.com rates staff 8.2 on 533 reviews as of October 2026, and guests name people across the stay in their praise. Check-in and the front desk are the commonest complaint, billing a smaller one that keeps coming up. Management answers only a minority of reviews, which leaves much of the frustration unanswered.

âme Spa & Wellness Collective runs daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. across three floors, with 17 priced services in massage, facials and body work, bookable online. Who’s Right, Who’s Wrong
Book Turnberry for the bundle: Tidal Cove for two, 23 included classes, golf practice and a real spa circuit inside one fee, with a treatment booked. Families and active guests make the arithmetic work. Book elsewhere for a smooth, quiet luxury JW: the front desk and check-in are the commonest complaint, the beach is two miles away, and spa access does not come with the room. It is a water-park resort with a good spa on top, not a spa-first property.
