Harbor View Inn sits at 28 West Cabrillo Boulevard, directly opposite Stearns Wharf where State Street meets the ocean on West Beach. Santa Barbara Airport is about a 15-minute drive. LAX is roughly 95 miles, about two hours with traffic. You don't need a car for the core stay: the beach is across the street, the harbor is a five-minute walk west, and the Funk Zone five minutes east.
Does Harbor View Inn really have a spa?
Almost certainly yes, but the hotel itself won't say so.
