Skip it if you need a sauna, a cold plunge or a thermal circuit, included fitness classes, or an adults-only pool. Spa access is treatment-only, and the resort day pass covers the pool and beach, not the spa.
Where It Sits in the Florida Keys Market
Playa Largo competes on treatment depth and price rather than thermal hardware. Against the other Keys spas we have rated, it carries the highest Treatments score of the set, and its $49 resort fee is the lowest of the three Keys hotels that publish one. Its steam showers and no confirmed sauna, plus a paid Pilates class, hold the spa back. A deep menu of 26 services set against a gated, heat-limited wet area is the trade-off a booker has to accept here.
