Spa al Maré, a short walk away at Casa Marina, has a priced menu, but no Reach guest review describes it. Four menu groups cover massage, facials, body and packages, and waxing, with 25-minute treatments from $110, 50- and 80-minute massages, and no 60-minute option. At 6.0, The Reach sits last among the fifteen Keys spas reviewed so far, against a 7.25 median among the other fourteen. Reach guests describe the walk to Casa Marina, two to seven minutes, but no treatment.
Spa Facilities
Casa Marina's Spa al Maré lists no sauna, steam room, hot tub or cold plunge, and publishes no treatment-room count. It lists no lounge or changing rooms either. A beachfront cabana massage is the only setting extra, at $50 more a guest. That 3.5 puts The Reach thirteenth of the fifteen Keys spas reviewed so far, level with Baker's Cay, against a 4.45 median among the other fourteen. One Google reviewer in September 2026 went looking for a hot tub and found none.
Wellness Programs
The Reach gives active guests a do-it-yourself beach-and-gym stay, with no classes included in the fee. Beach chairs, hammocks, bocce and chess come with the resort fee, as does access to Casa Marina amenities. Sunrise Yoga runs paid at Casa Marina, $30 on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. A 5.9 ranks twelfth of the fifteen Keys spas reviewed so far, against a 6.4 median among the other fourteen. Guests split over the gym: one calls it spacious with a Peloton, another small with a shattered window.

The resort's staff earn far more praise than complaint, but front-desk and housekeeping problems keep coming up. Praise runs nearly three to one over complaints. Front-desk and check-in troubles hit about one stay review in ten (10.5%), housekeeping 8.8%. Who’s Right, Who’s Wrong
Right for a Key West traveler who wants a private beach, an oceanfront pool and lower peak pricing, and who treats a massage as an add-on rather than the point of the trip. Wrong for anyone booking around the spa: it is not on the property, the resort fee list does not name it, and a 20% gratuity sits on top. Wrong too for a thermal circuit seeker, since the spa lists no wet facilities at all, and wrong for travelers who need certainty, because construction noise and elevator outages turn up in reviews from late 2024 into 2026.
