The resort changed operator on 1 July 2026 with renovations announced and no dates, so a pricing review applies until the dates are published, and no later than the end of 2027 (the spa menu has no 60-minute massage: 50 minutes $155, 80 minutes $195).

Massage is the whole menu at The Spa at Naples Bay Club, with facials and body treatments dropped. The 50-minute Signature starts at $155 with no 60-minute option. Scaled to 60 minutes, that is $186 against a typical $225 across the 58 other spa hotels we have rated. Five of 336 recent stays wrote up a treatment, all positive. A December 2025 TripAdvisor guest praised a therapist by name. A 20% gratuity is added and whether facials return is unconfirmed. Book it as a massage stay.
Spa Facilities
Naples Bay Club's spa has a sauna and steam rooms, no cold plunge, and sure entry only with a booked treatment. It opens 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and publishes no treatment-room count or square footage. Of the 20 other spa hotels we have rated with a known cold side, 8 have a cold plunge or ice room. Two guests who wrote about the spa describe its sauna and steam rooms. It sits inside the Club, a short walk or shuttle away. Plan around a treatment.

Aircraft noise from Naples Municipal Airport, runway 5 ending 0.53 mile away, is raised in six of 256 stays, four as the main complaint. Management answered all six.

Naples Bay Resort & Marina is a downtown waterfront resort whose strongest asset arrives with a $50 daily fee: the Naples Bay Club next door, with five pools, a lazy river and six lit Har-Tru courts, beside the resort’s own marina. Real but modest, the spa runs to five massages. No facials, no cold plunge. Expect a well-served club-and-marina stay, not a spa destination.
The Spa, Specifically: The Spa at Naples Bay Club
Inside the Club next to the hotel, The Spa at Naples Bay Club sells five massages and no facial or body treatment on its June 2026 price list. Signature, Anchored deep tissue, Marine Stone hot stone, Balance and Renewal and Mother-to-Be fill the menu, with a couples room and 20-minute add-ons from a scalp refresher to a private aqua-infusion soak. It opens daily 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Request treatments online up to 30 days ahead, or by phone the same day. Cancel with 24 hours’ notice. There, a dry sauna and steam rooms form a heat suite. The adults-only pool’s whirlpool does not make it a thermal circuit, and no cold element is on offer. Ownership changed hands on 30 June 2026: trade press reported a sale for $41.25 million, with Pyramid Global Hospitality running operations since 1 July 2026 and renovations expected, undated, while nothing has closed as of October 2026.
Who’s Right, Who’s Wrong
Naples Bay Resort & Marina fits downtown families and boating couples more than spa-first travelers. You book it for the Club’s pools, lazy river, courts and marina, and for a bayside address on Fifth Avenue South. Fee-based access makes that package surprisingly practical. Parking and gratuities pile up, though. Book elsewhere if a facial, a full thermal circuit or a spa inside the hotel is the point. As a club-and-marina stay with a decent massage menu, the value holds.
Where It Sits in the Naples Market
The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, the Naples market benchmark, carries 32 treatment rooms and a hot-and-cold circuit behind a treatment-or-membership gate; Inn on Fifth puts a sauna and steam room in each locker room and prices a full four-category menu. Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, has 13 treatment rooms and a 30,000 sq ft spa with an ice room and cold plunge. Against those, Naples Bay gives back a marina, a lazy river and six lit courts, plus spa access in a $50 fee, where the benchmark gates its circuit ($60 fee) and the Four Seasons includes access ($75 fee). Its own heat suite lacks a cold element, and it publishes no treatment-room count. In the Naples hub, read it as the club-and-marina stay, not the spa stay.

Is the Naples Bay Resort Spa Worth the Price?
Yes for pool-and-boat guests on the lowest public price across booking sites, where a typical night runs $220 to $460 all-in, median $276, fee and 11% tax included. Parking $20 and the 20% spa gratuity are extra. The hotel's own flexible rate runs higher. Not if a real spa day is the point: five massages, no cold plunge.
When to Book the Naples Bay Resort
February is the crest and May through August the low; a typical peak night runs more than twice a low-month night and about 1.9 times a middle-month night. Weekends run about 12% more than midweek most of the year, but the premium nearly vanishes in February. Thanksgiving week runs about 1.2 times ordinary nights, Christmas to New Year well above them. Spa requests open 30 days before a visit, so book treatments then rather than with the room.
