Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort

Naples Beach Club sits at 801 Gulf Shore Boulevard North in Old Naples, on 1,000 feet of Gulf beach within a 125-acre community, and opened 17 November 2025 on the site of the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club that stood there since 1946. By the hotel's own directions, Naples Airport, for private flights, is 15 minutes by car and 5 miles away; Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers, the commercial gateway, is 40 minutes and 32 miles away. Miami International is about 2 hours and 124 miles.

Yes: a $75 nightly resort fee plus tax, mandatory, and it includes the Aqua Thermal Circuit, tennis, water sports, fitness classes, the putting course, the games room at The Wager (announced for October 2026), e-bikes for ages 16 and up, and house Mokes within three miles. Valet is the only parking, and the hotel publishes no price for it. An aggregator's figure is not the hotel's, so confirm the number when you book.

Yes. In-house guests reach the circuit through the $75 resort fee, and any treatment booking includes it. The circuit and third-floor spa facilities are for guests 18 and older. Inside: a Finnish sauna, an aromatherapeutic steam room, a heated whirlpool, an ice room, a cold plunge and a vitality pool. Two overnight guests, one in February and one in August 2026, used the spa without booking a service. Non-guest access and any day-pass price are not published.

The booking engine menu lists 33 services in massage, facial, body treatment and advanced technology, as read in October 2026. Massages run 50 or 100 minutes from $250 (a 50-minute Sanctuary Massage is $250, 100 minutes is $500, and the Golden Ratio Massage is $540 for 100 minutes). Facials run $280 to $750, body treatments $250 to $650, and the Ammortal Chamber is $150 for 25 minutes or $200 for 50. All prices are before tax and a 22% service charge the hotel adds to every service. There is no 60-minute massage; at the same per-minute rate, 60 minutes would be about $300, which is our arithmetic, not a menu price.

Three couples' suites sit among the 13 treatment rooms, and the booking engine lists couples massages: the Sanctuary Couples Massage at $600 for 50 minutes or $1,200 for 100, and the Golden Ratio Couples Massage at $1,280 for 100 minutes. The hotel's pages and menu say nothing about in-room or in-suite treatments.

The spa is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Treatments are open to ages 12 and older. Ages 12 to 17 need a parent or guardian's signature. The circuit and third-floor spa facilities are 18 and older. Cancel with at least 12 hours' notice or the service is charged in full, and arrive 30 minutes early. The rooftop lap pool runs 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Yes on facilities: FIN's Club covers ages 4 to 12 with a teen center, the Sunset Pool is family-friendly with a shallow splash area, and the beach runs 1,000 feet. As of October 2026, the Gardens golf course is not open, and the hotel's own pages give both late 2026 and early 2027; the booking engine's Garden-View Room copy says "Coming early 2027." The Merchant Room by Gavin Kaysen has been serving since December 2025, alongside Naples Trading Company and the Sunset Bar and Merchant Room Bar. HB's closed in August 2026 for updates with a September reopening planned, and its status is unconfirmed as of October 2026.

Construction noise or views were reported by 7 of the 27 overnight TripAdvisor guests between November 2025 and August 2026, with work on the golf and residence side. Four reviewers said the room's view category was not what they were sold, including partial-ocean-view rooms. The Garden-View Room sells a view of a course the hotel's own copy says is coming early 2027.

Staff praise outweighs complaints by about four to one across 121 written TripAdvisor and Google reviews. Nik, the front office manager, is named by eight Google reviewers between February and August 2026, four of them for putting a problem right. Food-and-beverage service is the complaint that keeps coming back, with 6 of 121 reviews. Four guests reported billing errors, one a $2,000 overcharge in July 2026. As of September 2026, management had answered none of the 33 TripAdvisor reviews, so check the folio before leaving.

December, only just, through April is peak, with February the dearest; October, November and May sit in the middle; June to August is low, with July and August the floor.
