The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Naples earns warm treatment reviews, but its menu prints no prices, so you cannot price a visit ahead. The 11-page menu spans massage, facials, body and salon in 50- and 80-minute sessions, the Gulf Stone Massage its signature. No prices or hour-long massage leaves nothing like-for-like against other spa hotels. Three of the four TripAdvisor guests who describe a treatment in detail liked it, a November 2025 guest calling the treatments "divine". You book by phone, and the 20% gratuity can be adjusted or removed at checkout.

Reopened July 6, 2023 after a nine-month closure following Hurricane Ian, the resort gained a 14-floor tower with more than 70 new suites and a 4,000 sq ft Club Lounge. A guest who stayed that first month found the spa not yet open and the gym cut to a few machines in a conference room. The room count is disputed: Forbes says 474 rooms, and the reopening report describes those 474 plus the tower's more than 70 new suites. Ritz Kids, ages 5 to 12, runs with the Conservancy of Southwest Florida. The $60 nightly fee covers the beach setup, the Tiburón shuttle, the driving range, the water park, two e-bikes for an hour and the class program.
