Indian Springs is at 1712 Lincoln Ave in Calistoga, at Napa Valley's northern end, walkable to downtown. San Francisco International is about 85 miles and two hours by car; Santa Rosa's Charles M. Schulz airport is roughly 40 minutes. Once you arrive, the resort and town work car-free.

Only with a treatment, and only some days. Day guests booking a 50-minute service may add a $50 pool pass, Sunday through Friday — no Saturday passes, no children on day passes, and access ends at 6 p.m. Hotel guests soak until midnight, which is the better half of the deal.

No clearly disclosed resort fee appears at booking, but budget anyway: guest reviews recurringly report add-on fees totaling around 15% over the room rate. Verify the final figure at booking — fee presentation here draws more complaints than the fees themselves.

It was built in 1913, is Olympic-sized — one of the largest pools in California — and runs 92–102°F seasonally on geyser water. It is the single most-praised asset in any Calistoga guest review set, and the reason repeat guests come back decade after decade.

December through February, when lodge rooms drop to around $350 and midweek deals run lower. Peak harvest weekends (August–October) push cottages and bungalows to $600–$900+. The pool temperature is managed year-round, so winter soaking is genuinely part of the draw.
