Spa Treatments
Pallavi Luxury Spa's menu is full and priced, but massages come in just two lengths. A four-group menu lists the 50-minute Classic Swedish from $150, Phytomer on the Classic Facial, Sea Holistic herbal bundles and the Izumi Cascade scalp spa. Sixteen of the seventeen guests who described a treatment praised it. None criticised. That 50-minute massage costs less than most spa massages we have rated. Sea Holistic, the Phytomer facial and the Glo2 device facial are menu staples sold widely, so the menu reads standard.
Spa Facilities
The 6,000 sq ft spa has eucalyptus steam rooms, and use is tied to a treatment. It runs Tuesday to Sunday 9:30 to 5, closed Mondays. Four guests describe the steam rooms, none negatively. Among the five Tampa Bay spas that publish both a size and a room count, Wyndham Grand's 6,000 square feet is the second-smallest. Amenities open an hour either side of a service. The outdoor pool and hot tub are for registered guests and spa members, and the pool deck is closed for the renovation.
Wellness Programs
A 24/7 gym, a pool and a hot tub make up the wellness offer. One class is paid weekend pool-deck yoga at $25, and that class pauses with the pool deck during the renovation. A July 2026 Google guest calls the gym well equipped, with a great view, and also reports a broken cable machine and a gym that could be better kept up.
Staff & Service
Staff at Wyndham Grand draw far more praise than complaints, and the hotel replies to almost every TripAdvisor review. Booking scores staff 9.1 from 1,002 reviews, and a TripAdvisor guest in March 2025 found all staff courteous and the valet easy. Service is the main complaint in about six of every hundred reviews, and timeshare pitches at the desk are the service friction guests raise most.
